NAYA PAKISTAN HOUSING PROGRAM BENEFITTING PEOPLE!

There is an affordable housing project which has been introduced by the Government of Pakistan for the common people so that they can be benefitted in the easiest ways. This is how; five million houses will be constructed for people who want to avail homes. There is a certain investment which people need to make in order to avail those homes. There is a certain criterion which these people need to meet in order to avail those homes.

HOW IS IT HELPING PEOPLE?

There are diverse and all those sub-categories in this project. People are saying that the people who are earning in between PKR 10,000 and PKR 25,000 per month for a start. There are in total three categories such as labor class, middle class, and lower middle class. The down payment cycle is also set as per the required details. This can range from about 10% to 25%. This is how; this project is helping people whose annual income is not more than the expected and affordable for a brand new house in the extremely competitive economy.

PRICE OF THE HOMES IS REASONABLE!

The prices of these projects on an overall aspect has not been revealed as of yet. Government is serving as a facilitating third party between the homes and the buyers so that people don’t have to go through the unnecessary paperwork which comes with it. The execution of the project is planned without any problem in it. Imran Khan, being the overall head authority of Naya Pakistan Housing Authority (NPHA) told that the project guidelines in full; detailed format will be given in the next three months. The task force of 17 people is working on it.

HOW PILOT PROJECT WILL HELP TO DECIDE?

As per plans revealed by the current Government of Pakistan, the pilot project was expected to be launched from 12th of October. It has to be noted that this project is specifically planned to be occupied by the employees of the Federal Government of Pakistan who are currently residing under the Basic Scale (BS)-1 to BS-16. This is how; it has been a joint venture currently between the Private Sector and the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation. There are currently seven important districts chosen for the construction of these houses such as Islamabad, Faisalabad, Quetta, Muzaffarabad, Swat as well as Sukkur.

REGISTRATION PROCESS?

The official website of NADRA is the first and basic key for registration! There are forms available which can be downloaded and it can be further filled then submitted in the NADRA’s offices along with the basic fees which have been mentioned on the website for the ease of the people. This is the processing fees which is taken by the people who are registering. In case of any problem, all the information can be acquired through the web portal of NADRA. EFFECTS AND DEFECTS!

Naya Pakistan Housing Authority has much more effects than the defects, and these effects are more positive than negative. People who have lower income usually do not put their thoughts in buying properties because all the paperwork and instalments cost much more than it is shown on the outer surface. This housing scheme is helping those people to buy more homes without any hidden complications. The defect is related to the investment. This is the most common question which is raised that there are no current sources of investment or at least they have not been revealed yet! But on the overall basis; this project is influentially good for the overall population of the motherland!
